Lift
Monday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 6pm
This is strength in its purest form. Slow, controlled, and intentional, Lift strips away the noise and focuses on building foundational power. We aren’t racing, and we aren’t competing against anyone except ourselves. We are striving to each session do 1% more than the time before.
Speed
Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 12pm
Intervals, sprints, and agility drills come together in a class that’s all about movement. Speed sharpens your cardiovascular edge, builds explosive power, and trains your body to move with purpose. Whether you're chasing a PB or just chasing the burn, this is where pace meets performance.
Spartan
Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 6pm
High intensity meets raw grit. Spartan is your battlefield—functional movements, heavy lifts, and fast transitions that push your limits. It’s unpredictable, explosive, and designed to challenge your body and mind. You’ll leave stronger, faster, and more resilient than ever.
Primal
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 12pm
Where strength meets instinct. Primal is a fusion of Lift’s control and Spartan’s intensity, with added plyometrics, core work, and rotational movement. It’s full-body, functional, and fiercely athletic—designed to awaken the muscles that routine forgot and forge a body that moves with power and purpose.
Hyrox
Friday: 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm
Blending endurance, strength, and strategy into one relentless format. It’s a test of your engine—row, run, push, pull, and lift your way through a structured circuit that mimics competition. Every session builds toward peak performance and race-day readiness. Performed at the stunning Lavender Bay overlooking the harbour
Sweat
Saturday: 8am
Saturday morning is where the whole community comes together. Sweat blends strength stations, cardio bursts, bodyweight flow, and athletic plyometrics into one seamless, high‑energy circuit that hits every corner of your fitness. It’s scalable, inclusive, and designed so everyone can push at their own pace while still feeling part of something bigger.
Beach
Various times throughout Summer
This is Burn in its most natural form — bodyweight strength, plyometric power, and lung‑busting efforts set against the sand, surf, and open sky. Beach blends athletic conditioning with games, teamwork, and the kind of fun that only comes from training barefoot with the ocean at your side.
