Who Is Your Coach?

I’m Tim — founder, coach, and the person who’ll be training you every session. I started Burn over 20 years ago with one goal: create a place where adults could train hard, get strong, and feel part of something real. No mirrors. No egos. No pressure to “keep up.” Just proper coaching, great people, and training that makes you feel alive.

I’ve been training myself in the same style I train our members. Lifting weights, running and jumping, for 25yrs. I practice what I preach

I’ve had almost all the injuries over the years. Knee tendons. Shin splints. Torn bicep. Achilles tendon. Plantar fasciitis. Whiplash/neck pain. Shoulder reconstruction. I have experience rehabbing them all, and can do the same with you

Im a father of 2, I enjoy a beer and a pizza. I support the Swans and Man City. I DJ on the weekends occasionally! I’m passionate about exercise, this is my full time business, and I genuinely love what I do everyday.

Burn has grown into a tight‑knit community of people aged 30–60 (some just outside this as well!) who want to stay strong, move well, and enjoy training again. Many of our members have been with us for years — not because they have to, but because they genuinely love showing up.
